Glace Cakes originated in NYC in 2012 and quickly became a sought-after cake studio where clients immediately recognized the beauty combined with extraordinary taste. In 2017, Glace started a new journey in a new city, as it relocated to Austin, Texas.

Daniela credits her passion for cake baking to her grandfather, who loved baking. A Pastry Chef from Portugal, Daniela’s grandfather moved to Brazil after the Second World War and worked in Sao Paulo in a very elegant restaurant. It was his cakes that Daniela loved best, and which gave her the inspiration to create her own.
